Ryan Bruss is an emerging force in the Tokyo photography scene shooting intense and beautiful images for clients such as Fashion TV, Victoria Webb, and La Femme Nail Salons. Events that Ryan Bruss currently shoots for include: Widespread, Up Beat, Turned On, Red Bull VIP, and Metropolis events. His unique background provides for a fresh and vivid new look as seen in his fashion, beauty, DJ, and live event photography. Originally Ryan began his career as a freelance graphic artist. After a chance encounter led to jobs as a runway and fashion model, Ryan began to focus his attention on the fashion and photography world. After getting a M.A. in Communication and Society, focusing on metaphor systems in the Japanese language and mass media, Ryan relocated to Tokyo, Japan. Breaking into the photography scene in Tokyo as a retoucher, Ryan soon began to establish himself as a young talented photographer shooting multiple segments for Fashion TV produced by Bigfoot entertainment. Ryan Bruss photography concentrates on the play of light with the subject and the use of brilliant colors to produce beautiful hyper-real reflections of people and fashions. |
